Working in the days before promotional videos became ubiquitous, Legs & Co. were most often called upon to work with American dance music, where the artists were not usually available to perform on TOTP. Here’s an example: Crown Heights Affair’s You Gave Me Love.

Got to say when i taped the repeat on UK Gold some years ago of this edition of TOTP, they left this performance out: only showed the theme from mash routine that was number one that week, and hand on my heart i don’t think i’ve seen the girls looking so good as this on any other routines. Love all their hairstyles on this one, love to see their hair tied up like this and the costumes they are wearing. Absolute stunners they are on this routine
